THERAPEUTIC BODY MASSAGE £40.00
This deep massage is applied to the legs, back, shoulders and neck, it can be relaxing or invigorating depending on the clients needs. The perfect way to ease away aches and pains and release tension. (approx 60 mins)
REFLEXOLOGY £40.00
Gentle pressure is applied to the reflex areas of the feet which correlate to the different areas of the body. This ancient art is great for treating digestive problems, detoxification and promoting well being.(approx 60 mins)
BACK MASSAGE £30.00
A contrast of both light and deep pressure this massage can be adapted to client preference.(approx 40 mins)
AROMATHERAPY
Full Body - 60 minutes £45.00
Back only - 30 minutes £30.00
Essential Oils are chosen and blended to suit the individual needs of the client. Aromatherapy is the perfect way to unwind, promoting a sense of balance and well being. It is especially beneficial in helping relieve stress and sleep disorders.
The treatments we offer can be adapted to suit the individual client preference.
