You can have the opportunity to take an informal tour with a member of our Sales Team, giving you the chance to view one of our show homes and gain an understanding of how being an Owner at Kilconquhar would be great for you.
In return for taking the tour, we would like to provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, including items such as bacon, eggs and juice to make the start of your holiday even more relaxing, and also extend an invitation for a complimentary lunch for all those attending the tour in our very own White Cockade Bistro.

Terms and Conditions:
This promotional offer is designed for couples or families between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £35,000. Attendance at a 90 minute sales presentation with the Kilconquhar Castle Estate sales team is required to qualify for this offer. If the tour is not participated in by the pre booked individuals then the full cost of the welcome pack and lunch will be charged.
Lunch is based on two courses plus coffee in our White Cockade Bistro.
Welcome Pack – 2 pints milk, 1lb unsmoked bacon, variety pack of cereal, fresh orange juice, coffee, tea bags, 6 rolls, chocolate and everyday biscuits, 6 eggs, bread , jam, marmalade, Coke 2 litre, Lemonade 2 litre, ½ lb butter, bottle still water, cooking oil, muesli and crisps. This package is non transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
