Kilconquhar Castle offers a range of self catering accommodation available on the estate available for rental from a minimum of a two night stay. The prices below are based on a full seven night stay. All of our accommodation rates include full use of our leisure facilities on the estate ranging from the swimming pool, saunas, gymnasium, badminton court, basketball court, tennis courts, snooker tables, table tennis, kids play rooms, driving range, and putting greens. Additional leisure facilities for example the horse riding and aromatherapy treatments are charged separately by the related departments.
Additional Information
For full week stays our 1 bedroom unit is normally a Friday check-in, 2 and 3 bedroom units can be either a Friday or Saturday check-in and 4 bedroom units are normally a Saturday check-in.
Please note that your unit may be in the form of a villa, castle suite or historic cottage unless specifically stated.
All our units are fully equipped with linen and towels. Most of the units have a minimum of one en suite bath/shower room and one independent bath/shower room. An indication of specific unit allocation will not be confirmed until a maximum of one week prior to the check-in date.
All residents have full use of the leisure facilities most of which are complimentary, chargeable facilities include horse-riding and health and beauty. Additional off-site activities can also be arranged by our Leisure team throughout the East Neuk in Elie and St Andrews or further afield.
Dogs are permitted on the estate and in our accommodation however must be kept on the lead on the estate. Pets are not permitted on any furnishings.
Check in is from 4.30pm on the day of arrival and reception is open until 10pm, we therfore advsie any guests anticipating checking on after 9.30pm to contact our reception team who will make arrangements. Check out on the day of departure is 10am.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
Electricity is metered in accommodation and charged as used on departure along with telephone usage. All bookings require a 25% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit payable by credit or debit card with balances paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival to complete the booking. Cancellation within the four weeks prior to arrival will result in the loss of the full balance paid. Any bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday must be fully paid at the time of booking and will not be refundable.Cheques will be accepted for balances where they are received and cleared by the due date. Changes to bookings may be permitted at the reservations manager discretion. Check in is 4.30pm and reception closes at 10pm - arrivals later than 9.30pm should contact reception in advance to make arrangements. Departure from all accommodation is 10am. Dogs are welcome at the resort, however they are not permitted on any furnishings and must be kept on the leash in the centre of the resort. Cancellation terms and conditions apply - contact the reservations office for information. A credit/debit card imprint will be required upon check in or cash deposit £150. Any charges for damages, additional cleaning or unpaid items will be charged to the card imprint without further recourse.
